Refunds on Merchandise

The 10 Greatest Gifts Project is happy to provided refunds on merchandise that arrive with existing damage. Refunds for merchandise will only be given for items purchased in our online store; we will not provide refunds for our merchandise if it was purchased from a third party site, such as Amazon. Refunds will be charged back to the credit card or account from which the merchandise was purchased. No cash refunds will be issued. Refunds on merchandise purchased for our online store must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

Refunds on Seminar Registrations

Refunds for seminar cancellations will be provided if the refund is requested within 2 days of the session date. Cancellations or no-shows after this time period will not be refunded. Refunds will be charged back to the credit card or account from which the merchandise was purchased. No cash refunds will be issued. See the cancellation policy below for refunds on client/sponsor bookings.

Cancellations

Individual Cancellations

Cancellations more than 2 days before the session date will be refunded or you can switch your registration to another available session. We ask that you cancel your registration as soon as you know you are not able to attend so that others who might be waiting for a spot can have the opportunity to register.

Client/Partner/Venue Cancellations

Clients, such as schools, companies, and churches, are venues that sometimes book multiple sessions in advance to provide for their participants. Many times, the venue will pay the cost for each session and offer access to the session for their participants at little or no cost. These session bookings can be accommodated in one of two ways:

  • Client books multiple sessions but arranges with the presenter to pay for the bookings incrementally
  • Client books multiple sessions and pays for all sessions up front

Cancellations for clients who are paying incrementally:

  • If a prepaid session is cancelled, the cancellation notice must be received in writing both to The 10 Greatest Gifts Project and to the individual presenter 15 days or more before scheduled session.
  • If the session to be cancelled has NOT already been paid for, cancellation notice must be received in writing both to The 10 Greatest Gifts Project and the individual presenter 30 days or more before scheduled session.

Cancellations for clients who have paid all up front:

  • Cancellation notices received 30 days or more before the scheduled session date will be fully refunded.
  • Cancellation notices received less than 30 days before the scheduled session date will NOT be refunded.

Note: For cancellations less than 30 days from scheduled date due to venue emergencies such as building malfunction or danger, inclement weather, or other incident the client deems an emergency, The 10 Greatest Gifts will consider whether or not to provide refunds on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to not issue refunds for an event out of the control of the client, but are willing to consider refunding in special circumstances.
